Abstract: The morale state, or the form in other respects, is as far as it is affected by means of, or reliant upon, proper concern, such as enthusiasm, strength of mind, optimism, and confidence; psychological condition, as of an individual or group of men, a mass, and the like. Employee morale inside an institution has a straight impact on the contentment stage of its clients and the company’s eventual accomplishment. The objectives of the study is to gain knowledge of the employees morale in the company, to be aware of the contentment of the employees in the company, to investigate and infer the employees morale towards their employment, to find and put forward principles to develop the a range of features to improve the morale of the employees and to recommend suggestions to the company to lessen labour turnover. One hundred and twenty five (125) respondents were chosen as sample size from the selected IT companies in Chennai.
