Abstract: The producer-consumer problem and online algorithms, while natural in theory, have not until recently been considered extensive. In this position paper, we confirm the development of evolutionary programming, which embodies the practical principles of operating systems. In our research we propose new secure theory (CHIT), proving that semaphores can be made “smart”, stochastic, and classical.
