Abstract: Quality of work life esplanade to many positive outcomes. Quality of work life having lot of importance in IT Women employees’ life. Job satisfaction is essential for retaining the quality employees. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between quality work life in an organisation and the job satisfaction among women IT employees in Chennai.
