Abstract: Any organizations need creative employees who generate new ideas to develop product or process innovation. Observing the implications of leadership style, the study examines the role of transformational leadership in predicting employee creativity .A study was carried out using 240 employees as respondents. The findings indicate that leadership style can foster employee’s creativity on work environment. The results also supported the hypothesis that leadership style enhances creative performance.
