Abstract: Fuzzy sets and soft sets are two different tools for representing uncertainty and vagueness. A fuzzy soft set is a mapping from parameter set to the fuzzy subsets of universe. Fuzzy soft set theory provides a parameterized point of view for uncertainty modeling and soft computing model. In this paper we discuss the notions of fuzzy soft bi-partite graph, Size and degree of fuzzy softbi-partite graph and investigating the application of Fuzzy soft Bi-partite graph in Employee selection for an Organisation.
