Abstract: In today’s world information and communication technology is an essential part for any business to withstand among their competitors. Traveler’s behavior totally changed with new technology refers to selecting tourist places and travel habits. This paper focused to find the impact of ICT in tourism and travel industry with special reference to Madurai. Around 70 respondents were surveyed and the paper represents the detailed analysis and findings.
