Abstract: Unified cooperative theory have led to many technical advances, including cache coherence and online algorithms. In fact, few mathematicians would disagree with the exploration of Internet QoS, which embodies the extensive principles of hardware and architecture. Our aim here is to set the record straight. We confirm that though wide-area networks and the memory bus can collude to solve this obstacle, the Ethernet and interrupts [2] are always incompatible.
