<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Now a day’s diagnosis and accurate segmentation of brain tumors are critical conditions for successful treatment. The manual segmentation takes time consuming process, more cost and inaccurate. In this paper implementation of cascaded U-net segmentation Architecture are divided into substructures of brain tumor segmentation. The neural network is competent of end to end multi modal brain tumor segmentations.The Brain tumor segments are divided three categories. The tumor core (TC),the enhancing tumor(ET),the whole tumor (WT).The distinct data enhancement steps are better achievement. The proposed method can test result conclude average counter scores of 0.83268, 0.88797 and 0.83698, as well as Hausdorff distances 95%) of 2.65056, 4.61809 and 4.13071, for the enhancing tumor(ET), whole tumor (WT) and tumor core (TC) respectively. In this method validating with BraTS 2019 dataset and identify the test time enhancement improves the Brain tumor segmentation accurate images. </span><br />

And the potential it inherits can revolutionize the Indian higher education system. Besides a remarkable stature of Blockchain, its real-time implementation, adoption, scaling comprises challenges and opportunities too. This study tries to categorize them all to know better what the higher education system may expect from Blockchain technology and up to what extent. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Science is a piece of applied knowledge. It is a subject that has an impact on our daily activities. It can be seen as a tool that is important to both individuals and the nation as a whole to survive and to meet the global economic requirements. Despite the indispensable importance of science in our society, it is sad to note that the performance of students in science courses in higher institutions these days are generally poor, most especially in Colleges of Education in Nigeria. This study therefore seeks to determine the factors responsible for students’ failure in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The sequential Exploratory Mixed method was used for the study. The sample for the qualitative phase was attained by a theoretical saturation of 10 participantsThe population consists of lecturers, non-academic staff and students in Colleges of Education in Nigeria. The sample consisted of 25 lecturers, 20 non-academics and 60 students which recorded a 95% confidence level in Rasch Measurement Model. The thematic analysis and the Rasch Model analysis was used for data analysis. Findings revealed that 4 major variables as the major causes of failure by science students. A reduced workload among others was recommended for effective teaching of science subjects by lecturers. The study was recommended for other disciplines. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Quantitative ultrasound based Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) is one of the leading test procedures used in testing of finished products in manufacturing industry. It can detect surface as well as subsurface flaws accurately. It is also employed in medical diagnostic for various purposes. The main objective of this paper is to simulate 28 element ultrasound transducer pair for through transmission testing procedure. The simulation is done using k-Wave toolbox (open source toolbox) and MATLAB. The simulation results show that the received signal strength and resolution is far more improved over single and dual element transducer probes available in the market. The simulation of wave propagation through three layered aluminum material is also shown in the results. Based on results, it can be concluded that 28 element transducer pair are the optimum solution for NDE evaluation challenges with reference to cost, size, and design complexity. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Knowledge management strategy deals with careful approach and implementation of knowledge to achieve the best results within the available limited condition of employees, organisational employment and capabilities of employer. This study is to analyse about the components of knowledge management strategies and to measure the influence of organisational variables in knowledge management strategies. The samples was collected from 7 top manufacturing companies distributed over 3 districts, Chennai, Kanchipuram Tiruvallur and especially in greater Chennai. With t-test the analysis is done and we can analyse that knowledge management strategies depend upon employees’s interest in implementing the knowledge with in the premises of the organisation. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The Hadoop framework provides a way of storing and processing the huge amounts of the data. The social media like Facebook, twitter and amazon uses Hadoop eco system tools so as to store the data in Hadoop distributed file system and to process the data Map Reduce (MR). The current work describes the usage of Sqoop in the process of import and export with HDFS. The work involves various possible import/export commands supported by the tool Sqoop in the eco system of Hadoop. The importance of the work is to highlight the common errors while installing Sqoop and working with Sqoop. Many developers and researchers were using Sqoop so as to perform the import/export process and to handle the source data in the relational format. In the current work the connectivity between mysql and sqoop were presented and various commands usage along with the results were presented. The outcome of the work is for each command the possible errors encountered and the corresponding solution is mentioned. The common configuration settings we have to follow so as to handle the Sqoop without any errors is also mentioned. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The objective of the current research is the experimental investigation of the pulsating flow effects on the combustion performance in terms of the flame temperature distribution, the heat transfer rate, the combustion efficiency and the exhaust gas analysis. The flow pulsation provided through a rotary ball valve in accordance with a variable speed motor arrangement increased the flame temperature fluctuation and the magnitude of heat release. The flow pulsation provides a highly turbulent flame wherein the vortices are enlarged. Increasing Strouhal number [St] of the LPG fuel and air flow increases the time-averaged flame temperature of the pulsating flame up to a saturation level that is dictated by the heat transfer rate enhancement. The maximum average flame temperature is 1263oC at St= 0.041, r= 0 mm and 100 mm from the burner inlet. In addition, increasing the pulsating flow amplitude increases the convection and radiation heat fluxes from the pulsating flame. While increasing the pulsation decreases the exhaust UHC due to increasing the turbulent kinetic energy across the pulsating flame, the exhaust NOx slightly increases due to increasing the heat release rate and the flame temperatures. Pulsation thus enhances the combustion efficiency inside the industrial combustors. </span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This paper takes a close look at the relevance of Bourdieu&#8217;s concepts of habitus, field and capital in enhancing learning in engineering education andproposes that effective engineering education can be achieved through the adoption of appropriate measures related to Bourdieu’s theories.it further shows the link between the concepts of field, capital and habitus and explores how engineering institutions can restructureteaching methods and curriculum content in a way that students can relate and respond to. This paper also highlights environmental and foundational changes that need to be imbibed from the elementary stages of education to help mould a potential teacher to be effective in the field and build capital that further impacts his effectiveness as a teacher. Again, through the review of related literature, this study explores how academia&#8217;s habitus affects their teaching methods within the field and the effect of institutional systems and environment on the pedagogy of engineering educators. The study further outlines some of the challenges limiting the field of engineering education stemming from deficiencies from an individuals past and current environment, followed by a description of key initiatives and recommendations aimed at better pedagogy and learning techniques for productive ngineering education. </span><br />

With various changes taking place globally over the years, it has had influence on all aspect of human endeavor and we are now at a time of pervasive breakout of technologies known as the fourth industrial revolution. This study therefore conceptualizes excellence VS relevance in engineering education in the era of the fourth industrial revolution by first demystifying what the fourth industrial revolution is and then conceptualizing excellence and relevance in engineering education. Findings from the study revealed that Findings from the study revealed that the world is at a stage of massive changes and this requires solutions to these numerous changes. It was also found out that excellence and relevance are not new as it is a common term used across various spheres of human life especially within the university where excellence in research and learning is emphasized. The study recommended that STEM education should be encouraged across board so as to develop the skills necessary in the fourth industrial age and also effort should be made at intensifying action on adopting some of the technologies that are emerging in the fourth industrial revolution especially in the developing countries.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The fast development of automobile sector, removal of discarded waste elastic is turning into a broad ecological problem. In the current work, exertion has been made to limit this problem By using scrap elastic as the scrap (morsel) concrete rubber in various percentages, as a partial replacement for the fine aggregates. In this paper, the mechanical properties of rubberized concrete with steel fibre (RSFC) are studied experimentally. This article discussed the effect by volume of concrete (5, 7.5 and 10 per cent rubber) and (0.8.0.1 and 1.2 per cent steel fibre) on the reinforcement of the properties of rubberized concrete with steel fibres (RSFC) of scrap crumb rubber (SCR) and steel fibre (SF) with different steel substances. The literature survey suggests that there is a substantial decline in strengths of the single morsel rubber used in traditional concrete. like compressive, tensile and flexural strength therefore to overcome this problem by using steel fibers in present investigation and from the results it can be finalized that the all the strengthening properties (compressive, tensile strength and flexural strength) are increased contrasted with rubberized concrete but still test values are inferior than conventional concrete due to fineness of crumb rubber and irregular shape of hook end steel fiber.</span><br />
