Abstract: The stability and existence of bifurcation analysis for a two spices discrete time model by introducing square root functional response and step size is examined in this work. Forward Euler scheme method is applied to formulate the discrete model from the continuous model, particularly to explore the rich dynamical behavior of the proposed model. Because the model has square root response function, trivial and axial equilibrium positions are singular. In order to discuss the stability of the trivial and axial equilibrium positions, a transformation is applied. Moreover, we explore the stability of the interior equilibrium position in a discrete two spices model using jury conditions. The numerical experiments are performed for distinct parameter values and also time series and phase line diagrams are presented. We also apply bifurcation theory to find whether the model of spices undergoes periodic doubling bifurcation at its axial and interior equilibrium positions. Numerical examples are provided and they exhibit rich dynamics in both species, including, period – 2, 4, 8 & 16 orbits, periodic windows and Non periodic orbit(chaos).

Abstract: Now-a-days electrical vehicles are growing faster than the vehicles fuelled with conventional energy resources and are expected to replace conventional vehicles in near future, owing to its zilch emissions and environmental friendly. Albeit the electrical vehicles are contributing to the reduction in air and noise pollution, few technical issues have to be resolved for its improved performance. Currently electric vehicle is turned off automatically, for avoiding the shaft failure due to the twisting load acting on the shaft, while operator applies the accelerator pedal and brake pedal simultaneously. Hence, an attempt had been made to delay the system getting turned off by introducing a timer circuit in BSPD (Brake System Plausibility Device). The functioning of simplified BSPD with timer circuit was simulated using the Proteus software andthe outcome of the simulated results is presented in waveforms, which confirms the proper functioning of the circuit. A PCB for engaging the shutdown circuitwas also developed to control the electric vehicle’s powertrain. The hardware implementation of the simulated circuit had been carried out and the real time working of the circuit was verified.

Abstract: Intelligent Transport Communication (ITC) has gained popularity in the present day scenario, where communication in vehicle is possible and it can be between Vehicle to Vehicle or Vehicle to Infrastructure. Security is one of the important issue in Vehicular Adhoc Networks (VANETS) and some of the main features of security are Privacy, Confidentiality, Integrity, Authentication and Non-repudiation. In the present scenario privacy along with security is considered to be one of the important factor, since the malicious nodes can attack the vehicles at any point of time during communication. Thus , Secured Privacy in Vehicular Adhoc Networks by Generating Efficient Pseudonym based on Weil Pair Algorithm (SPGPWP), is developed to address secured privacy in VANET’s . In the proposed algorithm, communication between vehicles are provided by using pseudonyms generated by road side units with the help of main authority. Our SPGPWP also includes that the pseudonyms received by vehicles from road side units are modified within the vehicle by using Weil pairing algorithm and provides secure communication between vehicle to vehicle without revealing its original identity, thus making the communication anonymous between all the vehicles except the intended vehicles. Simulation is performed to test the performance parameters such as latency, encryption, decryption time, and total time for communication. These performance parameters are compared with RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman).

Abstract: Let G be a simple graph with vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G). A set S of vertices in a graph 𝑮(𝑽,𝑬) is called a total dominating set if every vertex 𝒗 ∈ 𝑽 is adjacent to an element of S. The minimum cardinality of a total dominating set of G is called the total domination number of G which is denoted by 𝜸𝒕 (𝑮). The energy of the graph is defined as the sum of the absolute values of the eigen values of the adjacency matrix. In this paper, we computed minimum total dominating energy of a Friendship Graph, Ladder Graph and Helm graph. The Minimum total dominating energy for bistar graphand sun graph is also determined.

Abstract: The quality of the software is a very important aspect in the development of software application. In order to make sure there is the software of good quality, testing is a critical activity of software development. Thus, software testing is the activity which focuses on the computation of an attribute or the ability of either a system or program that decides if user requirements are met. There is a proper strategy for the design of software for which testing has to be adopted. The techniques of test case selection attempt at reduction of the test cases that need to be executed at the same time satisfying the needs of testing that has been denoted by the test criteria. In the time of software testing, and the resource will be the primary constraints at the time of testing since this has been a highly neglected phase in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The optimizing of a test suite is very critical for the reduction of the testing phase and also the selection of the test cases that eliminate unwanted or redundant data. All work in literature will make use of techniques of single objective optimization that does not have to be efficient as the code coverage will play an important role at the time of selection of test case. As the test case choice is Non-Deterministic, the work also proposes a novel and multi-objective algorithm like the Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA II) and the Stochastic Diffusion Search (SDS) algorithm that makes use of the cost of execution and code coverage as its objective function. The results prove a faster level of convergence of the algorithm with better coverage of code in comparison to the NSGA II.

Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) has a likely future for all technologies that are associated to the life of humans. Any communication between the social environments along with the user contexts will be made through the smart interfaces. The IoT will have to link to different diverse devices found in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Thus, the routing optimization which is energy efficient has become the primary factor in the performance of the network in the IoT. The widely popular routing used in WSN, Multi-hop Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol, is found to be energy inefficient. The work will deal with the choice of finding the optimal path in routing through meta heuristic techniques to improve the lifespan of the network and the energy efficiency of the network. There are different techniques of metaheuristics such as Teacher Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) were used effectively for finding optimal solutions for problems. In this work, the PSO-based algorithms were used for locating an optimal sink position to their nodes that make the network efficient in terms of energy. The TLBO metaheuristic is population-based and is based on the concept of teaching and the learning procedure observed in a classroom, which is adapted to the routing problem. The results of the experiment prove that the proposed technique was achieved better levels of performance compared to the other methods.

Abstract: The Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) today represent a new system containing wireless mobile nodes to dynamically and freely organize the topologies of the network without having any communication infrastructure. Owing to the traits such as temporary topology and the absence of a proper centralized authority routing can be a very important issue faced by the ad hoc networks. This multipath routing algorithm has established various paths between the source node and its destination node thus spreading traffic load along various routes. This will be able to alleviate congestion of traffic on a particular path. Thus, the multipath routing algorithms were able to provide route resilience that ensured data transmission reliability. For the purpose of this work, there was a multipath routing scheme which is called the Ad hoc On-demand Multipath Distance Vector Routing (AOMDV) Protocol. This was proposed by means of employing a hybrid Fire Fly (FF) with Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm. This approach was able to achieve better, as well as, reciprocal advantages in a dynamic and hostile network situation. Thus, the proposed scheme of routing was a very powerful method to find effective solutions to MANET routing problems. The proposed method is a well-known probabilistic metaheuristic algorithm to improve the quality aware best path routing protocol. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method FF-DE achieves better performance than AOMDV and FF.

Abstract: The availability of smaller, cheaper and a lot more powerful mobile devices has made the Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) emerge as a fast-growing research area. A Black Hole Attack can harm the mobile nodes by giving false replies to its source which can have the path that is the shortest to the destination without it checking the routing table. The primary aspect relaying the strategy of the trust route was the generation of a route by the selection of nodes that have high trust; thus, the nodes having the maximum trust measure with a better probability of routing success. One of the recently proposed metaheuristic that is applied successfully to various problems of optimization owing to its efficiency and simplicity is the Biogeography-based optimization (BBO). The BBO generally performs well for the problems of low-dimensional optimization but the performance keeps deteriorating rapidly for high-dimensional problems. In this work, proposed a BBO – Ad-hoc on Demand Multipath Distance Vector (AOMDV) method to mitigate black hole attack.
