Abstract: The theoretical approaches to the study of social doctrine, in particular the social doctrine of tourism is considered in the article. The social features of tourism development in modern conditions are reviewed. The basic approaches to understanding of social tourism as a separate type of tourism and its influence on social development are analyzed. The social content of the tourist service is considered as signs of social stratification. The content of the concept of social doctrine of tourism is defined. The necessity of development and realization of effective social doctrine of tourism with the consideration of regional social specifics is substantiated. The scheme of the functional structure of the social doctrine of tourism is developed. The features of culture and education as the key components of the social doctrine of tourism are determined. The expediency of improving the quality of vocational education in tourism has been substantiated in connection with the intensification of social processes and raising the level of social and economic development.

Abstract: with carrying out the decentralization reform public administration mechanisms play an important role in ensuring the comprehensive development of rural areas. Expanding the use of such mechanisms in the sphere of cooperation on the state level will facilitate development and support of small entrepreneurial forms, common use of material and technical basis, emerging new working places, building social infrastructure and engineering communications, providing qualitative services to citizens and preserving rural settlements. The objective of the article is to identify constituents of the comprehensive mechanism of public administration for development of service cooperation of rural areas in Ukraine and to integrate them into a coherent system which would facilitate realization of the state strategies and programmes to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The object of the research is a comprehensive mechanism of public administration for development of service cooperation. Research methodology is grounded upon the use of general scientific knowledge methods, in particular, logical and semantic, induction and deduction for formulating definitions, systemic and situational analysis for characterizing constituents of a comprehensive mechanism and identifying their interrelations. Based on the systemic approach it has been defined that comprehensive mechanism is an integrated system which combines interrelated and dependable functioning of legislative, institutional, organisational and economic, financial and credit, information and communication as well as staffing mechanisms in the sphere of developing cooperative movement in the rural localities. It is proved that every mechanism influences its particular direction and is formed at the international, national, regional and local levels based on cooperative values and generalized system of principles. Special attention is paid to the research of international and national legislation to generalize the system of principles of cooperation, intermunicipal cooperation, public authorities and public associations’ functioning, upon which the comprehensive mechanism for public administration of service cooperation development in rural areas of Ukraine is based.

Abstract: The three-factor structure of the phenomenon of neurotization has been proposed. The content of the first factor, “Deficiency neurotization” is represented by the following personal traits of the trilingual students: in fact, the deficiency of the I-functions, disadaptability, conformality, nostalgia, alienation, unfavorable family situations, social tension, somatization, obsession, vegetative disorders. The content of the second factor, “Destructive neurotization”, combines such phenomena as: the actual destructiveness of the I-functions, the experiences of the great influence of the parents’ family, neuroticism, high social activity, somatic disorders, depression, hysterical type of response, high interference of concepts. The content of the third factor, “Anxious-ambivalent disadaptation” includes indexes of interactivity, depression, weakness of the I-function, hostility, phobia, paranoyality, anxiety, neurotic depression, asthenia, receptive language competencies. It has been established that the factors influencing the course of disadaptation processes are factors of internal relation with the homeland, which manifest themselves in the sense of nostalgia and alienation. Somatization of manifestations of anxiety through the system of vegetative, depressive disorders, with low indexes of adaptability and high indexes of conformism, becomes one of the determinants of increasing neurotic conflict.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of the future psychologists’ readiness to work with children with psychophysical disorders and exist in the conditions of inclusive education, according to the professional and motivational component. The average level of formation of the specified component is appropriate for 50,0%. These investigated persons demonstrate mostly positive, but in some cases an uncertain attitude towards various aspects of the future professional activity; in general, they are focused on self-development. Not all students entering university, are guided by the desire to become a psychologist, just prevailing motivation to obtain higher education. The low level is appropriate for 9,5%. The mostly negative or uncertain attitude towards various aspects of future professional activity and insufficient level of motivation by choosing a profession, its prestige and competitiveness is discovered. It’s determined, that one of the main tasks of the practical psychologists’ professional training should be development of scientific bases of their professionally oriented training to work in the system of inclusive education by eliminating small training courses and by creating integrative trans- and interdisciplinary complexes. Activation of the professional and motivational component should take place by introducing into the curriculum a special course “Fundamentals of Axiology” aimed in the professional formation of the system of principles, norms, canons, ideals that regulate interaction in the inclusive educational environment.

Abstract: Among the primary tasks of increasing effectiveness of the law enforcement activity the most important is establishment of the system will allow to the agencies and units of the National Police with supervisory staff who have necessary qualities for successful acquirement of the law enforcement profession, and further, to keep their efficiency, to increase reliability, to develop a professional potential. Thus the article deals with modern approaches to the comprehension of professional competence and competencies of managers of police units, reveals their essence and structure. It presents the main components of professional competence of a police manager – planning and control, decisions making and responsibility, team work and motivating, stress tolerance, as well as marks psychological tools for studying the level and structure of professional competencies – structured interview, CV assessment, use of psycho-diagnostic methods etc. The material of the article will help to develop an integrated strategy of selection of supervisory staff of the National police within the framework of the concept of personnel policy, which will ensure the success of solving tactical tasks for the identification of professionally important qualities and evaluations of psychological suitability.

Abstract: The author sees synergetics as a very interesting scientific approach to cognition. It seems to be particularly effective in combining the theories of legal and natural sciences, for the simultaneous study of the laws of society and the universe. For the purpose of his study of the possibilities of this theory, the author will use synergetics in defining information processes, and especially in the field of information security. Therefore, considering the conceptual foundations of synergetics, the emphasis will be shifted not so much to the study of the mechanisms of self-organization of the information society as to the exploration of its management capabilities. This is especially important in the context of the coexistence of organizational and self-organizing components, the reduction of the role of anthropogenic factor, the ability to exist in full entropy and to predict bifurcation periods. In this article, the author will try to investigate the natural genesis of information accumulation, natural ways of storing information and known storage devices. However, by comparing the natural and the artificial, ways of transmitting and stealing information from natural and technical storage devices will be considered. An analogy will be made between psychological intervention in the human mind (hypnosis, magic) to obtain information from the brain or subconscious mind and modern hacking attacks for the same purposes.

Abstract: The article is sanctified to the question of study of the psycho-emotional states parents as a ponderable lever of forming of paternal position and motivation. It assists becoming and their active voice in the processes of vital functions of own child and also acquisition of possibility self-realization. Our research is based on the theory of self-organizing systems, the concept of synergetic as a paradigm of post-non-classical science, socio-humanitarian and social synergetic. Expediency of application synergetic approach for the study of the psycho-emotional states of parents consists in that situation in that there are families of children with the special necessities characterized by instability and unforeseeableness, it is here known that exactly a synergetic engages in the study of the unstable systems and opens possibilities for their self-organization. Application of psycho-diagnostic testing allowed to reduce the features of the emotional states us in 447 families, where children with the special necessities. We have developed a psycho-synergetic intervention technology, which consists of 5 stages. Application of this technology educed considerable improvements and harmonization of the emotional states parents of children with the special needs, that on the whole positively affected internal domestic situation on the whole.

Abstract: The article presents the results of processes ergonomic modernization of metallurgical production management were discussed in two countries under new economic (market) conditions. The factors, which define the tension in rolling-mill operator`s activity, were exposed. Some recommendations on modernization of the existing technology and labor organization were formulated. An analytical model of the organization of the research works devoted to the ergonomic modernization of man-machine systems was developed. Searching and purpose-oriented investigations on the different stages of man-machine system development and exploitation were modelled from the sketchy projection till the exploitation of the system. Theoretical, system analytical and experimental methods were used. The practical value is the creation of an ergonomic ensuring system of development, exploitation and modernization of difficult men-machine systems and metallurgical production management processes.

Abstract: In the article the problem of quality of preparation of specialists on tourism in the context of higher education. Found that the problem of the quality of training of specialists in tourism, hotel, and restaurant business in numerous studies abroad suggests mandatory inclusion into the educational process use of different curricula, the formation of motivation of learning, considering the requirements of employers. Many studies have revealed the motives of students of various countries to encourage them to study on the programmed for hospitality and tourism. Most of the foreign studies have found out what motivates students to choose and study in the hotel business and tourism program. In foreign studies, the influence of gender features and the course of students’ professional training on the differences in the motivation of training for Scientific and Technological Progress were also studied. Study of the motivation of studying in foreign studies is aimed at studying the motives and advantages of students from different countries, who have chosen to study the program scientific and technological revolution and Scientific and Technological Progress. We studied the importance of the motives “educational and cognitive”, “professional”, “working”, “obtaining a diploma”, “prestige of the university”, “approval of others”, “legal aspects”, “material support” for students of the specialty “Tourism”. It confirmed that the motives of educational and professional activity of students of the specialty “Tourism” are related to the success of specialized disciplines. Statistically significant gender differences were identified in the success of the training of junior high school students in practice and in all the specialized disciplines studied. It is shown that the most significant motives of professional training for Ukrainian students of the specialty “Tourism” are the motive “working”, “professional” motives and the motive “obtaining a diploma”. Studying the gender differences of students in motivation for studying in the field showed that the motive of “material supply” and “professional” motives are significant for Ukrainian men, and the motives for “obtaining a diploma” and “Prestige of Higher Educational Institutions” are significant for Ukrainian women.

Abstract: The article is sanctified to research of influence speed of information transfer on informative safety of society. An author extrapolates the outlined problem through the prism of laws of physics, what a conclusion allows to do about dependence of destructive energy of information on three indexes – volume, closeness and speed of distribution. In case of opposition of two (or more) opponents, possibility of informative threat is determined exactly by these parameters of the informative systems of each of them. With development of informational technologies speed of distribution of information arrives at velocity of light, that increases importance of comparison of volume and closeness of information. A researcher insists on a necessity creation of such an administrative-legal paradigm that would provide the free and safe stream of information into society, at maintenance of rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
