<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Identifying the person using the unique textures of face, ear and fingerprint can be extracted very swiftly during the recognition process. Preprocessing the acquired image and extracting the necessary features from the preprocessed image are very important for any image based applications. The success of the process is entirely depending on the conflux rate and efficiency of such techniques. But, because of the negligence of the implication of these techniques results in the failure of the process. In this paper, appropriate pre-processing techniques are identified to extract the necessary features from the images for better performance.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Wireless Body area network is the most important research topic. It is under developing technology in the field of human health care. Body Area Sensor Network plays an important role to improve human health. In the proposed work implementation of wireless body area network connected through hibernating greedy algorithm is developed. The ultimate aim of the system is to reduce the end to end delay of the data transmission. Mobile network is used here and MATLAB based reconfigurable AI-Greedy Search algorithm is developed here. The proposed work enable the fast data transmission as well as Adaptive (adjustable network path) depends on the connective needs of the system.</span><br />

Data Classification could be a prime undertaking in Data mining handling. Accuracy in information grouping undertaking can help the bunching of huge dataset fittingly. In this paper we have tested and proposed a Rule Based K-Means calculation as one of the critical strategy in idealistic field for sorting diabetic patients into two classes for accomplishing better outcomes.</span><br />

Cryptography is required to secure the data communication which enables two or more parties to communicate over insecure channel. Many cryptographic algorithms such as RSA, Bluefish, DES, etc. are implemented in many fields such as data communication, electronic commerce, chip based payment cards, digital currencies, computer passwords and military communications. This paper particularly presents the development of ADODV protocol with data security using Twofish cryptography and short overview about all block cipher methods used in network routing.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Early tumor detection in brain plays vital role in early tumor detection and radiotherapy. MR images are used as the input image for brain tumor finding and classify the type of brain tumor. For early detection or prediction of the brain tumor, an improved feature extraction technique along with Deep Neural Network (DNN) has been recommended. First, MR image is pre-processed, segmented and classified utilizing image processing techniques. Support Vector Machine (SVM) based brain tumor classifications are achieved previously with less precision rate. By integrating DCNN(Deep Convolutional Neural Network) classifier and DBN(Deep Belief Network), an improvement in precision rate can be achieved. This paper mainly focuses on six features viz., entropy, mean, correlation, contrast, energy and homogeneity. The proposed method is used to identify the place, locality and dimension (size) of the tumor in the cerebrum through MR copy using MATLAB software. The performance metrics recall, precision, sensitivity, accuracy and specificity are achieved.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The jurisprudence of economic development has demonstrated the vigorous role of industrial laws as an instrument of societal and economic justice. Social justice means the attainment of socio-economic objectives laid down by the legislature. Financial soundness is the base of principle of equality of female workers. For a long time, female workers were discriminated in matters of employment and it was felt that gender equality did not find its fulfilment even at the hands of judges. If, we really want to upgrade the status of female workers we have to apportion major significant roles to them. Female are biologically different from males so here equality denotes the equal role considering this condition but difference in term of wages is discrimination. The problem was taken care of by enacting numerous pro female worker provisions like the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 with the Amendment Act of 2017 and the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 etc. The Constitution of India also directed the State to make special provisions in favour of them. The Supreme Court by interpreting of articles fourteen, fifteen sixteen and twenty-one of the Indian Constitution has intended significantly to ensure gender justice and no discrimination policy in employment matters. With the above introduction the researcher in this research paper wants to highlight the provisions of Labour Laws related to female workers and how it is ensuring and sustaining the socio- economic justice and equality to maintain the dignity and raise the standard in our society. To justify its observation; the researcher has gone through the various statutory enactments, reviews, the report of various social welfare agencies and the interpretation done by judiciary in number of cases.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Till now, several saliency detection models have been introduced for numerous applications in multimedia developments. Anyhow, specific appliances of stereoscopic imaging require improvements in saliency detection schemes for extracting the salient regions in a precise manner. The saliency detection (SD) model faces numerous shortcomings like intricacy in natural images and minor-scale patterns on salient objects. Hence, this paper endeavors to attain the SD model in two levels; Feature extraction (FE), for which Gaussian kernel model is utilized to extort the features and depth SD, for which Gabor Filter (GF) is exploited to attain the depth of saliency map. Accordingly, the adopted scheme optimizes ‘2’ coefficients such as, feature difference betwixt image patches H in feature evaluation and also fine scale c from which the accurate detection is attained. For optimization purpose, a well-known optimization termed Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) is exploited and evaluated for varying values of a , and the results are attained with respect to ROC (i.e. Receiver Operating Characteristic), and statistical analysis.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Internet of Things (IoT) is attracting more research interest as a result of increased interaction of human with underwater world. IoT technology using Light fidelity (Li-Fi) module plays a vital role in Environmental monitoring, underwater exploration, underwater Disaster management and underwater military Applications. In this paper, we implement IoT in underwater communication using Li-Fi module. However Implementing Li-Fi module in underwater pose grand challenges due to the unique features of underwater channel and acoustic systems. We comprehensively investigate these unique features and finally possible solutions are provided. Simulations are done using MATLAB software to find which color of light emitting diode (LED) is suitable for underwater Communication. It is found that Blue – Cyan-Green Spectral range of wavelength 490nm to 560nm is suitable for underwater communication. We obtain low absorption, scattering and attenuation loss in the Blue – CyanGreen Spectral range. An application was developed for the fisherman to identify number and variety of fishes available in particular location.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Laplace transformation is an important chapter of Mathematical Analysis. It has wide applications in different fields of engineering and techniques besides basis sciences and mathematics. In this paper we will become acquainted with the basic concepts of operational mathematics, some properties of Laplace Transform and its application in demography. The purpose of this paper is to utilize the Laplace transformation to extract the logistic equation and to use the logistic equation in population projections.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This paper analyses the development of Automatic Speech Recognition systems in relation to the varied types of spectral analysis methods used. A critical evaluation of Mel and Gammatone filter banks used for spectral analysis in comparison with the direct use of FFT spectral values is considered. Research was based on understanding the effectiveness of existing Automatic Speech Recognition systems are specifically focused on Mel and Gammatone filter banks in comparison with FFT spectral values.</span><br />
