<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Rising amount of generated waste is an increasing concern for the future generation potentially at risk. The purpose of this research was to identify the risks and opportunities associated with waste management practices in Malaysia TVET Institution as per requirements under ISO 9001:2015 Clause 6.1. Using Risk-Based Thinking (RBT), Preliminary Risk Assessment (PRA) and SWOT Analysis, this research analyzed the hazardous events of managing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Hazardous Waste (HW). The risks associated with MSW divided into 5 categories; human damage, climate pollution, soil, air and water contamination. Whereas, HW risks US EPA characteristics were ignitable, corrosive, reactive and toxic. The findings presented in Risk Matrix (High, Medium or Low level), revealed that the top ranking risk for MSW was fatal diseases and misplacing SW4 for HW. The research recommended more ground works in RBT application as it involves thorough look at workplace to establish a most-to-least-critical importance ranking.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The professional and academic development of staff has significant contribution in making the education system effective. While student focused learning has been advocated in higher education in recent years, teacher focused learning styles may be still dominant in actual practice in the universities. Stemming from the constructivist sight of learning, a “learnercentered approach” has been encouraged in higher education throughout the last few decades (McCombs &amp; Whistler, 1997; Weimer, 2002; Pillay, 2002)1. In the twenty first century world is undergoing many transitions so as teaching practices too. Learning and lectures delivery activities are also undergoing the process of paradigm shift. This research paper has focused upon determining the need for the change from teacher focused learning (TFL) to student focused learning (SFL). Teacher focused learning has actually emphases on attainment of knowledge outside the framework in which it will be used and Knowledge is communicated from professor to students. On the other hand student focused learning imparts freedom of self-learning to student. By opting this methodology Students have been involved in knowledge construction through data gathering and constructing problem out of solution that’s completely opposite of traditional learning approach where student construct solution out of problem, so synthesizing and blending information inversely and integrating it with the broad-spectrum skills of analysis, statement framing, critical thinking, and finally problem solving. So this teaching pedagogy is leading towards overall development of student.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The current study address to find out the scenario of digital technology and quality management. The papers explore the sectors for improvement of the existing and creation of new tools, techniques and quality management systems in the light of the development of digital technologies. Awareness about this technology in Chennai district of Tamilnadu. The principles are a set of underlying assumptions about how to view the organization and its relation to customers, competitors and suppliers. Quality management is based on three principles: customer focus, continuous improvement and teamwork. All organizations can have more or less systematic, integrated and proactive approaches to deal with the principles. Accordingly, a quality profile cannot simply be implemented on the basis of the existing management structures and systems. It may require the redesign of work, the redefinition of managerial roles, the redesign of organizational structures, the learning of new skills by employees and the reorientation of organizational goals There are many places which are unaware about technology hence the researcher feels to study on the awareness of Digital Technology and Quality Management in the District of Chennai (Tamil-Nadu).</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Wireless sensor networks (WSN) comprises of a number of micro nodes known as sensor nodes which have the capability of sensing, data processing and communication. WSNs have the capacity to connect with their environment through sensors, process data and communicate the data with their neighbors. The fundamental issues in wireless sensor network having great impact on WSN are coverage and connectivity. The paper describes the important issues of wireless sensor network, classification of coverage problem. Some strategies of coverage are also described in which various topologies efficient coverage ratio is found in one of them. Some mechanisms are discussed here which reduces cost and also extend network lifetime. The paper also describes the connection between coverage and connectivity and 3D coverage control algorithm.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> In the present century, various classification issues are raised with large data and most commonly used machine learning algorithms are failed in the classification process to get accurate results. Datamining techniques like ensemble, which is made up of individual classifiers for the classification process and to generate the new data as well. Random forest is one of the ensemble supervised machine learning technique and essentially used in numerous machine learning applications such as the classification of text and image data. It is popular since it collects more relevant features such as variable importance measure, Out-of-bag error etc. For the viable learning and classification of random forest, it is required to reduce the number of decision trees (Pruning) in the random forest. In this paper, we have presented systematic overview of random forest algorithm along with its application areas. In addition, we presented a brief review of machine learning algorithm proposed in the recent years. Animal classification is considered as an important problem and most of the recent studies are classifying the animals by taking the image dataset. But, very less work has been done on attribute-oriented animal classification and poses many challenges in the process of extracting the accurate features. We have taken a real-time dataset from the Kaggle to classify the animal by collecting the more relevant features with the help of variable importance measure metric and compared with the other popular machine learning models.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Friction stir welding has proven to be the most promising solid state joining process. It can be used to get high weldability in joining of high strength aerospace aluminium alloys and other metallic alloys which used to be low with traditional fusion welding process. This paper emphasises on finding the optimum process parameter for friction stir welding of dissimilar aluminium alloy AA6061 to AA5183 using multi criteria decision making method (MCDM). Friction stir welding was done at different tool rotational speed and transverse velocity and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, percentage elongation and hardness were studied for each weld specimen. Finally optimization was done using TOPSIS (Techniqueof Ordered Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The result revealed that the tool rotational speed of 1200 rpm and welding speed of 80mm/min are the optimum welding parameters.</span><br />

A good seed source is required to support high production Jatrophacurcas in Indonesia. Seeds can be obtained by exploring natural habitat to understand genotypic variability and ecological suitability for Jatrophacurcas production. Activity of this exploration is to know genotype of variability at the same time identify the existence of accession potential of Jatrophacurcas in gorontalo province to be able to support development Jatrophacurcas in Gorontalo province. Exploration executed by collecting, germ plasma documentation and characterizations apart exist in Gorontalo province henceforth evaluate and conservation in Balittas (Indonesian Sweetener and fiber Research Institute) to be used breeding activity. Jatrophacurcas potency in gorontalo province can bear fruit during the year marked with can bear fruit at dry season, long lived long lived potency more than 60 year and there to resilience shading of which is showed ably bearing fruit. Jatrophacurcas local type in Gorontalo there is owning potency to be used upon which plant in supporting Jatrophacurcas development, come from selecting and only preserving crop fulfilling the above mentioned criterion able to be used as by seed plants.</span><br />
