<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Hiking in price of healthcare leads to the ways of optimizing the care efficiency. In this paper, we present a new methodological called prescriptive analysis that makes use of predictive and modelling approaches to figure out the analytical significance of the data mining approaches in health care management. Supervised model is the process of building a confined model that emerges in prediction on target variable and unsupervised model is the process of forming sub-units of data points with similar values of all variables not only the target variable. In this paper we propose a novel fusion of supervised and un- supervised model called prescriptive approach to analyze their effectiveness when being applied to health care management. Our experimental results proves to be vital that aids in selecting the appropriate clustering method that excels in prescriptive approach for healthcare resource management according to circumstances. The experimentation were done on five bench marked data sets and these methods are found to be justified and efficaciously applied to health care resource management department.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Object Detection in wireless sensor network (WSN) plays an important role surveillance application. In existing, a targeting object framework called Face Tracking is used for object detection. A polygon region called face, that is used for is constructing and detecting objects. The nodes that are grouped inside a face can communicate only among them. Edge recognition calculation is utilized to discover an edge discovery calculation is utilized, in which two hubs are associated has the best inclusion territory. An Optimal selection algorithm is used to select the nodes which can track the target with less energy usage. But if the target moves out of coverage area or if energy of the tracking node becomes low then the target may not be tracked exactly. To overcome this problem, a tracking scheme, called t-Tracking is proposed with an objective to achieve quality of tracking (QoT). Distributed tracking algorithm sends queries about the energy level and coverage area, to all the nodes in the face in which the target has to be tracked next. Based on the reply from all nodes, a node with best energy level and coverage area node will be selected for target tracking. Since a best node is selected, target can be tracked with accuracy.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The preparation of Zinc Oxide thin film with dip coating of gas sensing methods are we discuss in this paper .For sol gel preparation the researcher using Zinc Nitrate hexahydrate (Zn (NO3)2 .6 H2o) and organic polymer sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose (Na-CMC) as basic material from the size of the prepared thin film varied by XRD, morphology was studied by (FE-SEM) and the gas sensing was studied using acetaldehyde has been tested. The gas sensor parameter such as response selectivity, response/recovery time towards NO <sub>2</sub> was reported.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The reduction of the energy consumption compensated by harvesting RF energy of a WSN using techniques realized to practical extent, considering numerous forced limitations. In scheming energy harvesting regulation, techniques were suggested on control methods. The techniques reserved must promise in such a way the limitations forced by the utility with regard to quantity of acquired data are attained, whereas the lifetime of the network is prolonged, in contrast to present and simple arraying. In several such arraying, the controller for supervising, managing acquires more unnecessary estimations, or estimations that are intensely mutual from the nodes. Hence, control techniques have to be schemed for efficient energy harvest considering the utility demands through volume of estimations from data. Amidst several control techniques, model predictive control (MPC) is a part of important controlling methods. It has several effective uses. This paper contrasts MPC method for automated tuning with particle swarm optimization (PSO) and flower pollination optimization (FPO). The major confrontation of MPC is in tuning of control factors for several WSN targets, and PSO or FPO application for automated tuning may become member of solutions. MPC tuning issue is an optimization challenge. Optimization methods like PSO or FPO can be utilized. PSO and FPO are meta-exploratory approaches that are familiar to explore a global optimal solution rather at a higher proportion and without using ascent. The computational results for energy harvest of WSN reveal the influence of the suggested PSO and FPO dependent tuning.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The medical image classification plays vital role in the detection of various diseases. Number of approaches available for the detection of skin lesion melanoma but suffers to achieve higher performance. Towards this issue, a GTCM (Gray-Texture-Covariance-measure) based melanoma detection approach is presented in this paper. The method reads the input skin image and enhances by applying multi level gray filters. From the enhanced image, the method extracts gray features and texture features. The texture features of the lesion have been extracted based on the gray covariance matrix generated. Extracted features has been converted into GTC matrix and based on the values of GTC, the method estimates the GTCM measure towards the available training set. Finally based on the similarity of GTCM, the method estimates the GTC lesion strength to perform detection of melanoma. The method improves the performance of melanoma detection and reduces the false classification ratio.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Big Data is defined as a collection of huge size of data sets with different types. It brings some problems like privacy preserving problem and security risk. Event-Role-Attribute based Access Control mechanism was used to ensure the end to end security. It created a flexible boundary with the consideration of event, role and attribute to access the data. Then the data were encrypted by Anonymous Multi-Hop Identity Based Conditional Proxy Re-Encryption (AMH-IBCPRE) where a ciphertext was conditionally and securely shared multiple times without disclosing the identity information of ciphertext senders or recipients and knowledge of underlying message. The problem of high computational complexity and high storage capacity due to the duplicate cipher data was sorted out by a de-duplication technique called Verfiable Hash Convergent Group Signcryption (VHCGS). In this paper, Enhanced Conditional Proxy Re-encryption with Data Aggregation and Masking (ECPR-DAM) and Enhanced Conditional Proxy Re-encryption with Verifiable hash convergent group Signcryption, Data Aggregation and Masking (ECPRVS-DAM) are proposed for data aggregation and data security. The data aggregation model aggregate the data which is the response to maintain the ever improving demands of Big Data. In the process of data aggregation, Fibonacci search is used instead of dichotomic search. Because the Fibonacci search is reducing the average time required to access a location of data. Moreover, a watermarking construction is introduced to enhance the security of Big Data. The watermarking construction provides synchronization marks in the aggregated data and helps protect the data itself at the end points. It improves the big data security. The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed ECPR-DAM and ECPRVS-DAM methods over existing method in terms of storage cost, retrieval time and search time.</span><br />

Nanotechnology is one the promising field of research opens up in the present decade a wide array of opportunities in the present decade and is expected to give major impulses to technical innovations in a variety of industrial sectors in the future The present study was more focused on Mycoherbicides against the weed and wildly grown plant Peperomia wightiana which was vastly spreaded over Maharastra in India. And over the other commonly found weed Amaranthus retroflexus grows in gardens, railways and many other places. To improved the herbicidal activity of herbicidal protein with nanoencapsulation using chitosan maicrocapsules against weed. Characterization of this herbicidal protein, mass production, formulation and herbicidal activity on other economic weeds.</span><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> A low power voltage CMOS frequency divider using power gating technique, that’s why it reduces the overall power consumption of circuit and increases the efficiency of circuit. .A memory element consumes 70 percent of total power in an integrated circuit. As flip-flops are the main area of memory elements used on any portable device, the major concern to reduce flip-flop energy consumption will help reduce power consumption in an I In we designed a flip-flop using CMOS logic; it consumes less energy than conventional gates designed. Transistors switching occurs when input and clock is applied. proposed clocked D flip-flop is used in frequency divider circuit .The frequency divider is design by use the technique of low power CMOS designs. Here number of transistor is reduced in proposed and demonstrate various parameters and shows reduced leakage power , Delay andnoise margin of the circuit to analyze its performance in 45nm technology with power gating and pass transistor technology. The simulation results were done with cadence tool virtuoso environment at room temperature 27ºC with various supply voltage ranges (0.7 to 1.2 V).</span><br />
